Oris dan kisah Campro Crankshaft sensor!!

Yu hue... mari bicaro pasal keto pulak.. keta mano laie.. gen2 oren den tulah.. sekali meragam daaaa... kek mano?? ket lebuhrayo Pulau Indah, maso den on the way nak balik rumah den ket Laguna nun.. tibo2 yo mati enjin.. muskil den, takdo ribut takdo topan, tibo2 enjin mati... ahha.. tapi dan ar, kotopi laei.. mujur signal semua hidup laie.. stereng yolah koreh.. eden pulas yo...

Po laie.. check lah mano yg den ghoti check, bateri okey..altenetar okey.. fius takdo yg terbakar.. enjin takdo bau hangit.. fuel pump ponn okey.. elok yo memancuit myk eyh...

Habes tu.. dah mati aka.. cubo2 lah start enjine.. maun lak, hidup eyh.. jln kojab.. mampuih.. jln kojab mampuih.. sampai leh ke rumah..

esok eyh.. pepagi, try start enjin.. huhue.. kaput!! tak maun hidup dah.. meter RPM stay kat 8K RPM tu.. kunci off baru back to zero..

Cari bengkel terdekat, tanya lebih kurang, tokei workshop antar pekerja ke rumah, check punya check.. katanya cranksensor kaput.. tu pon diagnosis pakai PADT, pomen kata..takde bendalah nieh. payah jugak nak cari mana silapnya kat enjin Campro nieh.. sengaja beli RM15K.. piuu..

Pehtu..... kena ar towing keta ke bangkel, utk pemeriksaan lanjut.....
Ni lah deih goman Crank sensor yg dah dicabut dari enjin.. kocik yo kan? ahha.. (psst.. gamba ni bukan dari keto den, pinjam dari khaiziminrazali.blogspot.. ahha, boleh yo.. pomen tak jack tinggi lah keto den itu ari..
Baru laginieh.. dlm plastik laie.. packing macam kerepek pisang yo... ntah ori ke tak.. pecayo yolah den kek pomen.. dio kato ori.. den pun iyokan ajo.. nak poie boli sendiri.. mano nak dicekau.. kedai sparepart..jauhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

Adolah satu meter panjang eyh.. macam tak cayo yo dgn hargo eyh.. tapi den cayokan juo..

Gamba bahagian kepalo eyh.. dasat wo, Jerman mari.. cop proton dulu2.. VDO tu vendor yg buek bondo alah nieh... ahha..

Ni nombor sparepart. ado onam angko.. jgn nak ngado2 tikam 6D toto yo.. nak masok nerako..sila masok sosorang.. jgn nak babitkan den.. wakakaaaa..

Ni tarikh manufacturing.. ahha tahun 2004, keto on the road tahun 2005, pomen kato, padan ar.. dah lobeh limo tahun, wajib ar kaput.. ceh, bisnes plan lah tue.. tgk mato kasa, tak nampak jahanam yo kek mano.. nak test pon tak reti.. ado siapo2 nak bondo nieh?? yg dah jahanam punyolah.... yapadia!!!

Bahagian ni sumbet ke dalam enjin.. molokek myk itam kek kepalo eyh.. yg baru kileklah bonar..

Soket ni sambung balik kek bahagian ateh enjin.. sekali dongan Camshaft sensor (nak kona tuka gak nieh.. ikut lah nasihat pomen tue... duittttt.. lagiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.. ahha...)

Cam silakakan... permainan apakah ini? apa mitsubishi pun pakai sparepart yg samakah?? Bestkan tgk dorank letak harga?? RM300 tue... ahha..

So, gedebak gedebuk.... RM220 utk crankshaft sensor, RM30 upah, RM80 utk tuning+reprogram dan RM100 utk towing (towing 10KM shj okeyyy!!! kayolahhh..), Total: RM430.. okeykah??? sekali sekala.. dah wajib kata pomen..

A crank sensor is a component used in an internal combustion engine to monitor the position or rotational speed of the crankshaft. This information is used by engine management systems to control ignition system timing and other engine parameters. Before electronic crank sensor were available, the distributor would have to be manually adjusted to a timing mark on the engine.

The crank sensor can be used in combination with similar camshaft position sensor to monitor the relationship between the pistons and valves in the engine, which is particularly important in engines with variable valve timing. It is also commonly the primary sourse for the measurement of engine speed in revolutions per minute.

Crank sensors in engines usually consist of magnets and an inductive coil, or they may be based on magnetically triggered hall effect semiconductor devices. Common mounting locations include the main crank pulley, the flywheel, and occasionally on the crankshaft itself. This sensor is the most important sensor in modern day engines. When it fails, there is a small chance the engine will start (engine will likely cut out after few minutes of driving) but mostly will not start.

The Function of the crank angle sensor is to measure the engine speed (as in how many RPM which you can see on the tachometer in the instrument panel wihin the car) and also to inform the ECU so it can make sure the crankshaft and camshaft are fully synchronized.

Basically the crank angle sensor is a hall affect sensor that works by measuring the gap on the target wheel. The target has (n-2 teeth) in case n=60, so in actual fact you have 58 tooth and whenever the crank angle sensor detects the area of 2 missing tooth, it knows the crankshaft has rotated one full round.

Kereta aku kena tadi, tapi bini yang bawa pagi tadi. Mati tepi jalan, so call foreman panggil towing. Tak tahu berapa kena. Rasa2 rega sama dengan oris.

kereta persona aku pn dh tukar tadi, keta baru 2tahun 10 bulan... tachometer pg ke 8krpm.. nasib keta boleh jalan lagi sampai workshop... rege sama jer rm220... huhuhu... pomen kate benda biasa rosak.. apa ke hal ler...

Rpm aku kdg2 trn naik..lps tu time precer pn same..time precer trn srentak dgn jarum rpm..knp erk..tukar meter baru pn still same
